Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of Road to Pro, the membership training platform operated by MF Development ("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

1. Who can join

Road to Pro is built for young basketball players working toward playing at a higher level. You need a working account and, where required by your age, the involvement of a parent or guardian in setting it up.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Membership and billing

Road to Pro is a recurring monthly membership billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period unless required by law.

Training carries physical risk. Road to Pro provides basketball skill, strength, and conditioning content. Any physical training carries a risk of injury. Always warm up properly, work within your own ability level, and stop if something feels wrong. If you have an existing injury or medical condition, check with a doctor before starting a new training program. Neither MF Development nor Matteo Fontana can be present to supervise your individual technique through this platform, and you're responsible for training safely.

4. Content you post

Wins posts, journal entries, and reactions are yours — you own what you write and share. By posting in the Wins feed, you're giving us permission to display it to other members within the app. We can remove content that's abusive, inappropriate, or violates these terms, and we moderate the Wins feed with that in mind given the age range of our members.

5. What's not allowed

We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

6. No guarantee of results

Training content, coaching, and program structure are designed to support real development, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes — recruitment, performance improvements, or any particular result. Progress depends on the individual athlete's effort and circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MF Development isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for injury caused by our own negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Meaningful changes will be flagged to active members.
